1. General Agreement

By enrolling in and attending DRIVERIGHT Driving School, the student agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between the school and the student and are subject to change at the school's discretion. It is the responsibility of the student to review these terms regularly.

2. Eligibility

Students must provide valid identification and any required permits/licenses before commencing any driving lessons.
Students must meet the legal requirements for age, health, and vision standards as stipulated by local laws governing driver training.
The school reserves the right to refuse service if the student does not meet these requirements.

3. Payment Policy

All lessons and course fees must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
Any packages purchased must be used within the stated validity period (e.g., within 6 months of purchase). Unused lessons after this period may not be refunded.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Notice Period: Students must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Failure to do so will result in the full price of the lesson being charged.

Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made within the 48-hour window, the student will be charged the full fee for the lesson.

No Shows: If the student fails to attend a lesson without prior notice, they will be charged for the full price of the missed lesson.

School Cancellations: In the event the school or instructor cancels, students will be offered a reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Personal Hygiene & Conduct

Hygiene: Students must maintain appropriate personal hygiene and wear suitable attire for driving lessons.
Inappropriate Conduct: The school reserves the right to cancel or terminate a lesson if the student is deemed unfit due to illness, poor hygiene, intoxication, or misconduct. Full fee will be charged.
Health & Safety: Students must inform the instructor of any medical conditions affecting driving ability. Lessons may be postponed if safety is compromised.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for unused lessons are available if cancellation is requested in writing at least 7 days before the course start. An admin fee may apply.
No refunds once lessons or courses have begun, except in verified medical emergencies preventing continuation.
Unused lessons beyond the validity period (e.g., 6 months) will not be refunded or rescheduled.

7. Instructor & Vehicle Allocation

While we strive for consistency, the same instructor or vehicle cannot be guaranteed due to scheduling constraints. The school reserves the right to change instructors/vehicles if necessary, with advance notice wherever possible.

8. Student Responsibilities

Bring a valid learner's permit or driving license to each lesson. Failure results in cancellation & full fee charged.
Be punctual. If late, lesson time may be shortened. More than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and full charge.

9. Liability

The school provides fully insured vehicles for lessons. However, the school is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by the student's negligent actions during or outside lesson times. The school is not responsible for fines/penalties incurred by the student outside of lessons.

10. Practical Driving Test

The school does not guarantee passing the driving test, as it depends on individual performance. We can assist in booking tests but are not responsible for delays or cancellations by the licensing authority.

11. Privacy Policy

The school respects student privacy. Any personal data collected during registration or lessons will be kept confidential and used solely for operational purposes, never shared with third parties without consent.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to students as necessary, and continued enrollment implies acceptance of updated terms.
