1. General Agreement

By enrolling, you agree to 𝘿𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙍𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 's terms. All students must provide a valid license/permit.

2. Payment Policy

Lessons paid in advance. Packages valid for 6 months. No refund for expired unused lessons.

3. Cancellation Policy

48-hour notice required. Late cancellations or no-shows charged full lesson fee.

4. Conduct & Hygiene

Appropriate hygiene, suitable attire, no intoxication. Misconduct leads to lesson termination & full fee.

5. Refunds

Unused lessons may be refunded with 7-day written notice before start. No refunds after commencement.

6. Vehicle & Instructor

Same instructor/vehicle not guaranteed. School reserves right to change with notice.

Eligibility: Valid license & meet legal requirements.

Liability: School not liable for student negligence.

Test Pass: Not guaranteed — depends on student performance.

Privacy: Your data is kept confidential.
